During 2008 peak seasons the room rate is charged at the weekend rate plus a S$20 surcharge. Peak season are the following inclusive dates:-
- 5th - 7th December 2008, Hari Raya Haji

- Weekdays : Sundays to Thursdays.
- Weekends : Fridays, Saturdays, eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays in Singapore.
- Above rates include breakfast and two-way land transfers.
- Above rates are based on per room per night basis.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and thereafter, the prevailing government tax, presently at 10%.
- Above rates are valid till 19th December 2008, rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Above rates are only applicable for FIT bookings via the internet only.
- To note that cancellation policy is as follows:- the full length of stay will be charged accordingly for No Show, Under Stay, or if cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date,
