Q : How many rooms do you have ?
A : We have only a limited numer of chalets and villas and we feel this is one reason why a lot of our guests keep coming back. No big crowds and they get personal service.

Q : Do you do Kids Meals ?
A : We serve Buffet meals, but can also provide Kids meals on request.

Q : Can we snorkel off the beach ?
A : The beach at Minang Cove is one of the only places on Tioman where live corals are still growing. Which means the Marine life that lives on the reef are abundance. Guests will be fascinated by the variety of Marine Life and Corals; we are trying to keep it this way.

Q : Is your beach safe for children ?
A : The sandy beach declines gradually and being in a cove there are no strong currents.

Q : Do we need Wet Suits, or is the water warm enough.
A : Water temperatures around Tioman are a constant 29 degrease. You can swim all day long with out fear of getting cold.

Q : Do you have "Sand Flies on your beach ?
A : Sand Flies lay there eggs in organic matter at the high tide line, so we sweep the beach everyday. So "No Sand Flies".

Q : Do you have "Mosquitoes" ?
A : The Resort is surrounded by rainforest so we do have some mosquitoes but only early evening. The species we have on the Island are non Denggi and non Malaria carrying.
