Banyan Tree Bintan Terms & Conditions/ Cancellation Policy 2008

•	Rates are quoted in US dollars per villa per night
•	Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 10% prevailing government tax
•	Weekends refer to Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays as well as eves of public holidays and gazetted public holidays in Singapore.
•	One-bedroom Villa rates are for single/double occupancy, and Two-bedroom Villa rates are for triple/quad occupancy
•	Check-in and Check-out times : from 1500 hrs and before 1200 hrs respectively
•	Extra bed surcharge: USD 100++ per person/child/ infant per night is applicable. Does not come with any package inclusions if applicable. Only Valley Jacuzzi, Bayfront Jacuzzi and Pool Villas can accommodate extra bed
•	Due to safety concerns, children below 16 years cannot be accommodated at the Rock Edge Pool. However, the Beach Pool remains available for their use.
•	Return land transfers @ US$25++ per car can be arranged (maximum three persons)
•	Rates include Complimentary Express Clearance upon Arrival & Departure
•	All prices and package details are subject to change without prior notice
•	Weekend surcharge (applicable Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, eves of Public Holidays and Public Holidays in Singapore):- US$ 50++ per night per Jet Pool Villa/ US$ 100++ per night per Pool Villa
•	Breakfast charged extra unless stated
•	22 Dec to 2 Jan Peak Period : minimum 3 night stay is required. Prepayment for full stay is required by 1 Nov 2008 or date of reservation thereafter, and no refund will be given for any cancellation thereafter.
•	Cancellation Policy:- Cancellation made within 14 days will now be subject to a 50% cancellation charge and cancellation made within 7 days will be subject to a full 100% cancellation charge. No shows and early departure will be charged at the full length of stay.
