Terms and Conditions 2008:
• Weekends refer to Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays as well as eves of public holidays and gazetted public holidays in Singapore.
• All rates quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 10% Government Tax.
• 22 December 2008 - 2 January 2009 (peak period): Minimum stay of 3 nights, a daily surcharge of US$20++ per room/suite and a full non-refundable prepayment are required upon booking.
• All rates are applicable to single/double occupancy, except the Two Bedroom Suite and Angsana Suite, for which triple/ quadruple occupancy rates are quoted.
• All rates include breakfast
• Check-in time: 3 pm. Check-out time: 12 noon.
• Return Land Transfers by private car ( maximum 3 persons per car ) - US$25nett per car
• Land Transfer by coach ( 2 ways ) - US11 nett per ADULT/ US$6 nett per child
• All Extra bed per night is chargeable at US$38++ (excludes breakfast). Breakfast for additional adult at the Lotus Cafe is US$14++ and US$10++ for children below 12 years.
• Only one extra bed is allowed in each room/suite except the Superior Room.
• Children under 12 years of age, sharing an adult’s room with existing bedding, stay free of charge. Baby cot is complimentary (subject to availability).
• Reservations are subject to room/ suite availability.
• All major credit cards are accepted.

• CANCELLATION POLICY (against given credit card to secure reservation. Actual payment on check-out). General : Cancellations made only 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. 'No-shows' and stays that are cut short will also be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
